We have an update from Dan & Elizabeth Turk, our mission co-workers in Madagascar. They are excited about recent visits from PCUSA members and partnerships that developed as a result to create a committee on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) within the FJKM (the Madagascar church denomination they work with). Water is especially important in the arid south, where Elizabeth works with the church's education department. She has good news on the work the schools are doing in that region and the newly trained teachers who are beginning their careers there.
